We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality psychiatric care in Douglas, Arizona. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
Develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other members of the care team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Diagnose and manage a variety of mental health conditions
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications as appropriate
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary
Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources
Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, legal, and regulatory requirements
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing
Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)certification
Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for licensure
Current DEA registration, as required
