Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of relevant experience in all-source intelligence analysis.
• We accept relevant military occupational specialties including 35, 35F, 35X (Army); 0202, 0205, 0231, 0291 (USMC); 1N0X1, 1N4X1, 14NX (Air Force); IS with an all-source focus (Navy & Coast Guard); or GS-0132 experience with all-source analytic training such as PACE, DISAP, CDASA, or an equivalent program.
• We look for experience using DataXplorer, Proton, Voltron, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, FADE, MIST, and similar intelligence and network analysis platforms.
• We need experience navigating and synthesizing OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and GEOINT sources to build a clear intelligence picture.
• We seek experience in counterintelligence analysis or familiarity with DoD CI policy, plans, and operations, along with an understanding of how to integrate all-source analysis effectively.
• We prefer 8+ years of relevant experience, and a degree in a related field may count for up to 4 years.
• We value exceptional communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills for preparing written assessments, briefing senior leadership, and working with external IC partners.
• We prefer experience in a Joint Duty Assignment such as J2, Joint-Intelligence Operations Centers, COCOMs, or IC billets.
• We prefer prior support to DoD or Federal counterintelligence elements.
• We prefer completion of Counterterrorism Analysis Course, DIA/JMITC, Identity Intelligence Analytical Applications (I2A2), Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting, or equivalent specialized training.
• We require an active TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph clearance.
• We require the ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
• We require occasional movement within the office to access equipment or communicate with colleagues, management, and customers, including by email, phone, or virtual tools, and to deliver presentations.

• We research, review, edit, plan, and integrate all-source intelligence and open-source information to produce comprehensive counterintelligence assessments focused on global threats to our customer and mission partners.
• We generate foundational intelligence and original written analysis on foreign intelligence entity networks to identify and warn of intelligence, terrorism, and espionage threats affecting national security.
• We use analytical and GEOINT methods to identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence activity targeting key assets and to support CI investigations and collection efforts.
• We apply our expertise in foreign intelligence entities to develop counterintelligence estimates, studies, network charts, and leadership briefings in line with IC analytic tradecraft standards.
• We collaborate with access-controlled programs and Intelligence Community organizations to leverage full capabilities against sensitive threats and produce joint analytical products.
• We identify trends in our assigned subject matter, provide analytical assessments and briefings to decision-makers and CI officers, and recommend new projects based on emerging developments.
• We describe adversary threats, capabilities, and intentions tied to defense vulnerabilities and help draft collection requirements to inform decision-makers of foreign threats.
